Once an order is received it is subject to our contract review process. This ensures that all details relating to the part are correct before your order is entered onto our central processing system. 

Where a customer has regular requirements for our connectors we can enter into schedule or call-off supply agreements in order to manage your future supplies and optimise pricing. 

Our direct link into the manufacturing centre's systems means that we are able to constantly monitor the status of any order, whether for our stock or for specific customers.
